Gifts

When the bib number is picked up, each athlete will receive a souvenir of the event. The size of the shirt must be chosen at the time of registration where there is information on the measurements of each size. There will be no change of sizes of the shirts.

Whoever finishes the event will be entitled to a finisher medal.

 

Cloakroom service

At the start there will be a bag custody service for the participating athletes.

Bags will be collected up to fifteen minutes before the race (5:45 p.m.). Only one package per participant of maximum 10 kg will be allowed.

The bag must be closed and identified with the label provided by the organization, together with the bib number.

In the Finish Line Area, an area will be set up where the bags will be deposited, distributed by number. The withdrawal will be made by presenting the bib number.

The organization is not responsible for the personal effects that are left in the cloakroom.

The cloakroom will remain open until 8:45 p.m.

 

Medical and ambulance service

There will be a doctor responsible for this service. All athletes with physical, respiratory, allergic problems, etc., who require special attention must notify the Organization before starting the competition and record it on the back of the bib number.

Each runner participates in the race under their full responsibility and declares to have a sufficient level of physical condition to face the race. The Organization recommends that all runners perform a medical examination and/or stress test before taking the start.

There will be an ambulance service at the starting line, at the race queue and at the finish line.

 

Race insurance

All officially registered participants will be covered by an insurance policy arranged by the organization, which will cover accidents that may occur as a direct result of the development of the event, and never as a derivation of suffering or latent defect, injury, recklessness, negligence, non-observance of the laws and the articles of the regulations, etc., nor those produced when traveling to and from the place where the race takes place.

The Organization declines all responsibility for the damages that participants may suffer or cause to third parties in the hours after their participation in the race.

 

Race safety

The Sant Francesc Local Police, Traffic Subsector of the Guardia Civil, Civil Protection of Formentera and the organisers are in charge of ensuring the safety of the event, the participating athletes will obey all the instructions they receive from the staff in charge of the safety of the race.

 

Services available to the participant at the finish line

Participants will have at their disposal toilets, changing rooms and showers at the finish line and physiotherapy and active recovery services.
